This is a banquet course where you can enjoy two major specialties, yakitori and beef tongue, in a well-balanced manner. In addition to skewered and fried Hokkaido chicken thighs, the 9-course menu includes thick-sliced beef tongue skewers, a chicken hot pot made with thick white hot water, and zosui (rice porridge) to finish the meal. Recommended for banquets and drinking parties.
In addition to Hokkaido chicken thigh skewers and tsukune, this 10-course menu also includes aged thick-sliced beef tongue skewers and thick white hot chicken hot pot. This luxurious course includes chicken yukke, salad, and rice cooked in a pot, allowing you to enjoy all of our specialties at once. It is also the most popular choice for banquets and anniversaries!
In addition to seared aged beef tongue, thick-sliced skewers, and grilled Hokkaido chicken skewers, the menu also includes thick Hakutou chicken hot pot and aged tan toro kamameshi (rice cooked in an aged tanning pot). In addition, dessert is included in the 12-course menu. The sumptuous "Ittori Itsuteki Shokuzen Hojo Course" is recommended for important banquets and anniversary dinners.
