Red: France, Languedoc. Fresh aromas of red fruits with a hint of spice. Rich and balanced with smooth tannins. Grenache is destemmed, while Syrah and Carignan undergo carbonic maceration. Aged for 1 year in concrete tanks. [Varieties] Carignan, Syrah, Grenache.
Red: Italy Puglia, cigar and pepper, tanned leather, smoky aroma. Despite its unique and powerful scent that instantly identifies it as Primitivo, the smoothness upon tasting will knock you out for sure! The rich, yet very smooth fruit is followed by a crisp acidity that tightens things up. De-stemmed, with no crushing, fermented after 8 to 10 days of maceration. [Variety] Primitivo
Red: France Côte du Rhône 'Rencard' = 'Meeting'. This cuvée name comes from the blend of various grape varieties. It is a wine with a beautiful structure and fruity notes. 1. De-stemming and crushing with a 7-day maceration period. 2. 12 days of carbonic maceration. 3 and 4 are direct press. Blended before aging. Aged for 7 months in fiberglass tanks. [Varieties] 1. Syrah, 2. Grenache, 3. Merlot, 4. Syrah and Grenache and Mourvèdre.
Red: Spain, Catalonia, a faint pale ruby color. Sweet and sour fruit flavor like raspberry. It has the sharpest acidity among red wines, but the density of the fruit is also incredible! Grapes (partly whole cluster) are foot-trodden and fermented with 10% stems in rock fermentation tanks. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. No added SO2. [Varieties] Sumoll, Bartolomé, Mandó
Orange: France, Languedoc, a calm amber color with a slight haze. Notes of kumquat and Japanese citrus, with plenty of the juicy essence of apricot and yellow peach! 2/3 destemmed, 1/3 whole grape. Maceration in fiberglass tanks for 7 days. Pressed and free-run juice blended and aged in the same tank for 6 months. [Varieties] Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Macabeo, Muscat of Alexandria.
Orange: Portugal Minho, a rich orange reminiscent of ripe yellow peaches with a toasty Uva tea flavor that is undeniably satisfying once tasted! The destemmed grapes undergo 8 months of maceration in egg-shaped flex tanks and cement tanks (including alcoholic fermentation). After fermentation, the grapes are left in the same egg-shaped flex tanks and cement tanks without pressing, resting in a full state. After that, the skins are separated, and the clean wine is bottled. [Variety] Loureiro
Orange: Spain, Catalonia. Deep amber color appearance. Fruity notes of apricot and loquat with a slight bitterness released from the glass. De-stemmed, lightly crushed, and macerated in stainless steel tanks for 33 days, followed by fermentation. Pressed, using only the first pressing. Aged in stainless steel tanks with lees for 9 months. Clarified, no filtration. No added SO2. [Variety] Cartuja Belmei
Rose: France. A slightly floral aroma. It has a solid acidity and a fresh, light, and lively fruity flavor. A wine that respects the individuality of the grape varieties. The grapes from Grappe Antiére are lightly crushed and directly pressed, blended. During alcoholic fermentation, the pressed skins of Syrah are added and steeped for about 24 hours, then pressed and bottled. No debourbage, filtration, or stabilization treatment. No added SO2. [Varieties] Macabeo, Grenache.
White: Spain Catalonia Lumbra is a woman dancing the rumba. Rumba is a genre of music and dance from Cuba, resembling a festival. It uses grapes from seven different plots. The use of old vines adds complexity. It absorbs minerals from both sea and mountain vineyards, achieving a wonderful evolution! With a vibrant aroma of tropical fruits and the pure fruit of white peach. The transparent mineral sensation is well integrated into the liquid. The moment it touches the mouth, it feels like it becomes a part of the body, a deeply flavorful white wine. [Variety] Pansa Blanca
White: Italy. The aroma includes citrus notes from Sicily, along with nuances reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs and subtle balsamic scents like licorice. The many lactic acids produced during sur lie aging give the wine complexity and a creamy texture. The soil is clayey yet characterized by a distinct saltiness. It is a mixed soil containing clay-based limestone. After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged for 7 months. [Variety] Grillo
White: France Languedoc Ballons de Rugby, a special label from former rugby player Mathieu to Japan! Don't underestimate it just because it's a southern French Chardonnay; it's rich! The balance of fruit thickness and crispness is outstanding! De-stemmed but not crushed for direct press. Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. [Variety] Chardonnay
White: Italy. A vibrant white filled with fruits like Sicilian pear, honey apple, and orange. The finish reveals a citrus acidity reminiscent of Sicilian lemons. The crisp taste, rich in marine minerals, is perfect when chilled and paired with seafood! After direct pressing, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. It is aged for up to 8 months with fine lees. [Variety] Pinot Grigio
Rosé with fine bubbles: Portugal, Douro, almost colorless pale yellow. High acidity and minerality, with a refreshing flavor that makes it easy to drink. A gentle hint of sweetness from residual sugar creates a good balance. From the Shima-Corgo region, with soil rich in schist and granite stones, featuring a mixed planting of over 20 indigenous varieties. Single plot. Almost entirely made from Grappe Antier grapes, directly pressed. Alcohol fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottled with approximately 25g/L of sugar. [Variety] Pinot Noir
White: A sparkling golden straw color with a greenish hue from Catalonia, Spain! Lively and delicate bubbles persist. The aroma that comes in smoothly features peach and citrus! The refreshing mouthfeel suggests a high altitude. The layered fruit flavors create a long finish! Fermented for 15 days in stainless steel tanks by variety. After blending, it is bottled. Secondary fermentation in the bottle lasts at least 11 months. [Varieties] Macabeo, Chardonnay

Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee uses carefully selected grapes from over 100 crus (vineyards) chosen by the house. Even after a long aging period, only the first pressing juice of hand-picked grapes is used to ensure that the house's style of 'elegance' and 'freshness' can be fully enjoyed. The house style is created by using a very high proportion of Chardonnay, which forms the backbone of the style. The purity, freshness, and elegance of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee embody the spirit of the house itself.
