This course is lavishly prepared with Kurobuta pork and a variety of vegetables including Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, radish, eringi mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, potherb mustard, and more! The appetizer includes vinegared mozuku seaweed and umi budou, and the final dish is zosui (rice with rice porridge), and even ice cream!
