For those who are drinking sake for the first time. This is the sake we want you to drink as your first cup. It features a low alcohol content with a refreshing sweetness and acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits. Rather than sake, it has a new and easy-to-drink flavor that evokes the image of rice wine. The label, colorfully decorated in the center, expresses the excitement and emotion felt when drinking 'Te-hajime.' By offering 'Te-hajime,' we hope to provide an opportunity for those who have not had many chances to drink sake to discover its charm.
"Inu Neko" is a brand that was born with the brand concept of "sake to share with important friends." To ensure it can be enjoyed refreshingly even in the hot summer, it has a slightly dry and crisp taste, enhanced with the fresh aromas of muscat and green apple from "Niigata yeast." This brand offers a more refined flavor compared to last year.
A sake with approximately 300 characters of brand name has arrived! This is a sake brewed as a gift for the mother by the next 8th generation head. It has a gentle sweet fruit aroma and a smooth drinking experience. When rolled around in the mouth and warmed, the sweetness and umami of the rice further expand. 'Boku to Okan,' which inherits the taste of Asahizuru that is 'well-flavored yet crisp and easy to drink,' pairs well with rich and sweet-spicy dishes such as teriyaki chicken and braised pork.
[Toyama Prefecture, a passionate man from Etchu Yao brewed this rich sake for food pairing] One of the pleasures of sake is the pairing with food. 'Hachiman' is a sake characterized by its strong presence and crisp finish. It is recommended to enjoy it with rich-flavored dishes such as juicy gyoza filled with meat juices or nikujaga, where the flavors have thoroughly penetrated the ingredients.
This sake was created by the next female sake brewer from Niigata, Nagaoka City, featuring a 'starry sky label' designed for women. It has been crafted to be approachable for women who are trying sake for the first time, with a gentle sweetness from the rice. Please enjoy the 'umami' of the rice, the 'smoothness' born from meticulous brewing, and the taste of Nagaoka that has been passed down through tradition. It is recommended to drink it around 10 degrees or 40 degrees.
Introducing the sake 'Suzuki' made by Mr. Suzuki for Mr. Suzuki! The sake 'Suzuki' is the first sake that brewer Takahiro Suzuki has challenged himself to create using the traditional method 'Kimoto-zukuri'. 'Kimoto-zukuri' is a traditional sake-making method that requires a lot of time and effort, as well as careful management and advanced techniques. Additionally, the koji-making process, which typically uses the 'koji-buta' (koji lid) reserved for producing expensive Daiginjo sake, has been intentionally applied to the Junmai Ginjo sake 'Suzuki'. The sake 'Suzuki', brewed with a meticulous method, has a taste that is gentle and elegant while still allowing the rich flavor of the rice to be distinctly felt.

The '29' that best matches meat was planned and developed in collaboration with Funasaka Sake Brewery in Gifu Prefecture to pursue further marriage of sake and meat, as well as to propose new ways to enjoy sake. This sake pairs well not only with beef steak and roast beef but also with various types and tastes of meat dishes such as yakitori (with sauce) and fried chicken. By drinking it at around 10 degrees Celsius, known as 'Hana-bie', you can enjoy a fruity and refreshing flavor.
