The counter seating is the main attraction of the restaurant, allowing you to enjoy the real pleasure of the cooking process and the hospitality of the owner up close.
Densuke Anago, with its exquisite fat and firm flesh, is sourced directly from Awaji Island. To fully appreciate the natural flavors of the ingredients, it is served lightly seared on the skin, in a semi-raw state. The salt from Suzu in the Noto Peninsula and sudachi enhance the umami.
The finale of the omakase course features freshly cooked kamameshi filled with seasonal seafood and vegetables. It's a popular dish described as 'like a warm seafood bowl.' The ingredients are diverse, combining early and late seasonal items. Enjoy the fragrant crispy rice as well!
The omakase course starts with three dishes, including seasonal vegetable plates and grilled sesame tofu. Each dish is visually stunning and enjoyable to taste, pairing excellently with drinks.
