Grilled pork belly wrapped with vegetables and served with seasoned grilled kimchi, our most popular menu item. This Japanese-style samgyeopsal, enjoyed with perilla leaves and ground sesame, was praised when we received the Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide at our Nakameguro main store 'Wakasa'.
One of Japan's three major wagyu, 'Omi Beef' has a fine texture, high marbling, and sweet fat that melts in your mouth. Bulgogi means 'fire meat' in Korean, where 'bul' means fire and 'gogi' means meat. It refers to a dish where thinly sliced meat is marinated in a sauce and then grilled or simmered, similar to Japanese sukiyaki.

We made kimchi from the famous Akita specialty, Iburigakko. This dish will make you crave rice.
A Korean royal court dish that wraps seasoned sashimi, avocado, and vegetables in napa cabbage kimchi. This dish is not typically found in general Korean home cooking restaurants. It is also known as the king of kimchi.
Simple salad with homemade yuzu dressing
Available only when high-quality premium beef tripe is in stock. This dish features lightly blanched tripe, served rare and mixed with a green onion salt sauce. This way of eating tripe is quite rare.

A thick original chijimi made with plenty of seafood. The sauce is a thick sauce made with Kugenum fish sauce and aonori. This chijimi is hearty and topped with Shonan shirasu.
