We carefully select live eels with a discerning eye and prepare them in-house. The fresh eels are tender, free of any unpleasant odor, and delivered to our customers in a state full of flavor.

It comes with small bowls, pickles, condiments, and soup. 'Hitsumabushi', born in Aichi, features grilled eel served generously over rice in a wooden container. You can enjoy it as is, add condiments, or make it into a tea rice dish. How to enjoy Hitsumabushi: 1. For the first serving, enjoy our eel as it is. 2. For the second serving, add condiments and enjoy. 3. For the third serving, make it into a tea rice dish and enjoy. Finally, feel free to enjoy it in your preferred way. Savor the changes in flavor and texture, one serving at a time.
