At Grill Morita, a chef with over 25 years of experience and a career in cooking creates dishes for all of you. We create menus that allow you to experience the seasonal flavors of Japan by using traditional demi-glace sauce, white wine sauce, Western and French-origin sauces. The desserts by the chef, who also has experience as a pastry chef, are a must-try. Please feel free to consult with us for surprises on celebratory days, items you cannot eat, and other detailed requests.

In modern Japan where various meat dishes are available, when it comes to meat in Osaka, it's beef. Since the Meiji era when enjoying meat in Japan became a custom, beef has been widely consumed as a special meat by people in the Kansai region. As a result, there are famous beef cattle production areas throughout western Japan that originated from Tajima cattle. At Grill Morita, you can enjoy steak where you can taste such beef directly, beef stew where traditional techniques come alive, and tongue stew. For example, the finest Bungo beef in Japan, local Nosen black beef, and carefully selected Black Angus beef raised on grains are served as a hearty steak on one plate, or as a main course in a course meal, offering a variety of menus tailored to different scenes and budgets. Please enjoy a blissful dish.
