Wakayama Prefecture's brand chicken. Our restaurant uses 'Kino Kuni Mikan Chicken.' It has low visceral fat, very high immunity, and is extremely healthy. The meat is very tender, juicy, and has no unpleasant taste. There are several suppliers in Wakayama Prefecture, but the 'CHICKEN NAKATA' we work with has a commitment passed down from previous generations, processing everything by hand, which minimizes meat deterioration. Usually, processing is often done by machines, which can lead to deterioration due to the chemicals used during machine cleaning. We want our customers to fully understand the healthy Kishu brand chicken. We consider the thoughts of those involved in poultry farming and provide it to our customers!
The hot pot with an iron plate is custom-made!! This hot pot has been perfected by thoroughly pursuing the best way to enjoy it. The fat from the grilled chicken drips down from the iron plate, enriching the light chicken broth and vegetable soup. By the end, the smooth broth clings to the noodles, creating a wonderful flavor.
