There are several suppliers in Wakayama Prefecture, but our supplier 'CHICKEN NAKATA' has a commitment passed down from previous generations, processing everything by hand, which minimizes meat deterioration. Usually, processing is often done by machines, which can lead to deterioration due to the chemicals used during machine cleaning. We want our customers to fully understand the healthy Kishu brand chicken. We consider the thoughts of those involved in poultry farming and strive to provide this to our customers!

The hot pot with a griddle is custom-made!! This hot pot has been perfected through a thorough pursuit of delicious ways to enjoy it. The fat from the grilled chicken drips down from the griddle above, enriching the light chicken broth and vegetable soup. By the time you reach the end, the creamy soup clings to the noodles, creating a wonderful flavor. Please be sure to experience this meticulously calculated deliciousness at least once!!

We apply chicken oil generously and grill it well for you to enjoy.
