[Kappou Kiuchi] Kiuchi is located about 2 minutes walk from the Asama exit of Nagano-Sakudaira station. It is the restaurant of Mr. Kiuchi, who became independent this spring after training at Kyo-Shizuku. Mr. Kiuchi is just 32 years old. He currently lives in Komoro with his parents and opened his own restaurant near Saku-Heira Station. His wife is also from Saku. From the gate and the interior, the level of expectation is high. As expected, we were served a variety of Japanese dishes with a firm grasp of the basics. The ingredients used are also well selected and in season without overdoing it. The flavors of the ingredients, such as corn, eggplant, korinky, and peaches grown in Saku, Ueda, and Komoro, were all used to their fullest, and the peaches and eggplant in particular are slightly out of season compared to Tokyo, which is also good. Currently, the restaurant is run by a couple, and they only accept two couples each for lunch and dinner. It is definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants in the Saku, Ueda, Komoro, and Karuizawa areas. Thanks to Mr. Shirota of Ebisu Kikaze for telling us about it🙇.
