The most famous sushi restaurant in Osaka! Sushi Restaurant Tada No first-time customers, introductions are required. Even if you want to go there, you have to have someone who has been there before. This time, one of our regular customers reserved a private table for us, and we were able to join him! In case you are interested, you are not allowed to take pictures here. The wakame shabu shabu was so delicious that it made me wonder what kind of wakame I had eaten before. It was so delicious that I wondered what wakame I had eaten before! The eggs are a privilege of one of the sections of the restaurant, and each egg is stamped with a freshly baked stamp, which is a symbol of KRUG's hope that Hanshin will win! [Sushi Restaurant Tada] I went to Tada alone at 23:00. The specialty! Salt Para! It's "2018 ver. Sushi Restaurant Tada, the Queen of Snow" lol I've heard of Anna Snow somewhere 🤣. Starting with the Akashi snapper with salt para wasabi, then the extra large white fish from Lake Shinji (which they say is still about 80 points) is delicious. Furthermore, the Goto Islands 28kg kuei is boiled and served with its sauce mixed with shari, egg yolk, nori, and wasabi. The nigiri was a delicious shirasa shrimp. It is said that it is only eaten in the western part of Japan. The rest was white sweet sea bream. They said that they purchase seaweed from Hiroshima and Tsukiji, and this difference in taste was interesting. Finally, we had the very rare Tada, KRUG, and Hanshin Tigers eggs all in one dish. Lucky me! Tada-san is very friendly and we had a great time. Thank you😊.

Sushi Restaurant Tada is an introduction-only sushi restaurant in Kitashinchi. The interior of the restaurant is surprisingly ordinary-looking and cozy. Numerous dishes are served before the nigiri begins! The owner, Mr. Tada, is fun to be around and you can feel his dedication to his sushi! Snow salt is sprinkled on top of the gold leaf for entertainment!
