This is a banquet course featuring a variety of Motsuzo's signature dishes, and is very satisfying in terms of both volume and quality!
This is the aburi (seared) liver of Sasuke pork, delivered fresh and non-frozen. It is highly recommended even for those who have previously disliked liver. Available exclusively from Wednesday to Saturday.
A signature dish of Motsukura that is always ordered before yakitori. To remove the odor of domestic pork offal, it is thoroughly washed and simmered for 5 hours. While it is generally soy sauce flavored, our shop offers a miso flavor.
Fresh domestic pork liver (fresh enough to be eaten raw) is lightly grilled and topped with ginger and green onions, then drizzled with soy sauce and shichimi. This is a hugely popular dish that liver lovers can't resist. Please note that if we don't have liver that meets the chef's standards, it will not be served.
