The shochu made using water that springs from the majestic forests of Kagoshima's Miyake Sake Brewery has a sweet potato flavor and a refreshing taste.
This is a completely new type of sweet potato shochu characterized by its sweetness and elegant aroma, produced by Kirishima Sake Brewery in Miyazaki. The deliciousness of this product is created from years of tradition and exceptional craftsmanship.
Typically used for sake, it is brewed using yellow koji. It has an elegant aroma and a fruity flavor.
