Oysters, often called “the milk of the sea,” contain nutrients such as zinc and taurine. This is the time of year when summer fatigue lingers and temperature fluctuations make it important to take care of your health. Replenish your nutrients deliciously with a warm oyster soup pasta. *About the Pasta We use pure, domestically produced fresh pasta from “Japastaria” in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, made with 100% domestic ingredients and free of additives. It has a texture that is both “chewy” and “firm,” and the more you chew, the more the aroma of wheat spreads, revealing even a subtle sweetness.
