我们吃了一顿美味的午餐。餐厅的工作人员非常友好，服务也非常好。大西烧和芝麻豆腐特别鲜嫩，汤汁的味道也非常出色。餐厅对水的要求也很高，这使得汤汁具有独特的风味。当季的 hamo（梭子蟹）也非常值得推荐。总之，这顿饭非常令人满意。

A summer tradition in Kyoto, the 'eel cuisine' is a masterpiece of traditional and skilled techniques. The precise knife work of cutting the conger eel with a special knife reveals and cleanly cuts the small bones hidden in the fresh white flesh, truly showcasing the artisan's craft. Please try the finest eel cuisine at least once. *Available from June to late October.
