我們吃了一頓美味的午餐。這家商店非常友好，客戶服務也很棒。尤其是湯捲和芝麻豆腐，味道溫和，湯汁的味道也很突出。另外，店裡對水很講究，湯底的味道也很出色。還推薦當季的創意海鰻菜餚。總體來說這是一頓令人滿意的一餐。

Eel Cuisine of Niduan

A summer tradition in Kyoto, the 'eel cuisine' is a masterpiece of traditional and skilled techniques. The precise knife work of cutting the conger eel with a special knife reveals and cleanly cuts the small bones hidden in the fresh white flesh, truly showcasing the artisan's craft. Please try the finest eel cuisine at least once. *Available from June to late October.
