酒店内的寿司吧在滑雪后随时可以光顾，非常方便。首先推荐几款握寿司，然后可以根据自己的喜好点任意的食材，这种风格很有趣。除了金枪鱼和扇贝，还有炙烤食材和白蜡等北海道特色的食材，让我感到兴奋。特别是海胆和鱼子酱的浓郁口感让我感动，与米饭的搭配也非常出色。年轻的寿司师傅很亲切，会主动和你打招呼，所以即使一个人也能放松地享受美食。在山中享受新鲜寿司的奢华时光，真是无与伦比。
