Braised Kinki fish from Rausu, usually priced at 6000 yen, now offered at an incredible price of 4000 yen. This is a special fair that ends when supplies run out.
Sashimi made from the fish that arrives that day. Platter options are also available. Oysters are sourced from Hokkaido. You can choose from raw, grilled, or steamed. If you let us know in advance, we can prepare sea urchin. We also offer recommended menu items such as seafood, Wagyu beef, vegetables, special dishes, clay pot rice, and desserts.
A steadfast specialty since the opening. We deliver fatty bonito by air freight, ensuring exceptional freshness. Occasionally, rare brand bonito such as Yaito bonito and wandering bonito also make an appearance.
The center part of the thigh meat, the rarest of the rare cuts, known as the core. It has moderate marbling and a fine texture. Enjoy its rich flavor and tenderness.
