'Raifuku Super Dry +18' is created with the theme of 'challenging the limits of dryness.' While many Raifuku sakes using flower yeast are fragrant, this 'Super Dry' is an exception. It uses flower yeast but minimizes the aroma as much as possible. It is not just dry; it features a flavorful dryness with a sharp finish. This sake features a fantastical and beautiful label that evokes the deep blue night sea of Aomori and the fishing lights floating on the horizon. It is created with the concept of being a drinking companion for fishermen, meant to be enjoyed with fresh seafood. It has a gently noticeable mild aroma. With a refreshing mouthfeel, it enters the palate, allowing one to perceive the spiciness and acidity, along with a soft and subtle sweetness in the background. When swallowed, the rich flavor provides an excellent sharpness. The lingering spiciness and well-defined acidity remain. Its taste pairs perfectly with any seafood, making it truly aligned with its concept.

It has a refined and elegant fruity aroma that spreads beautifully. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the high-quality umami with a sense of transparency spreads comfortably. A slight spiciness and refreshing atmosphere mix with rich sweetness, creating a wide range of flavors. After swallowing, there is a crisp finish, making it a wonderful drinking experience that does not become tiresome.
Half 660 yen, 1 go 1,280 yen. This is the highest performing sake from Kokuryu Sake Brewery. The elegant and mellow flavor characteristic of Kokuryu is still present, with a refined taste. The aroma is fruity, and the crispness and pleasant refreshing acidity enhance the pairing with food. You can feel the unique balance of Kokuryu, with the acidity and umami very well harmonized.
