This wine from Katsunuma, which has a relatively high elevation of 350m to 400m in the wide Kofu basin, benefits from coolness and temperature differences influenced by the Sasako oroshi. This sake features a fantastical and beautiful label reminiscent of the deep blue night sea of Aomori and the fishing lights floating on the horizon. It has a refreshing mouthfeel that fills the mouth, allowing you to perceive the spiciness along with acidity, and a soft, subtle sweetness in the background. When you swallow the rich flavor, you can enjoy an exceptional crispness. The lingering spiciness and the pronounced acidity remain. Its flavor pairs perfectly with any seafood, making it truly a sake that fits the concept.
One cup 1,200 yen. It has a clean and smooth drinking experience with a sharp and refreshing aftertaste. This is a food-friendly sake designed by President Hirai, who loves sushi, and can be enjoyed at any temperature.
One cup 1,000 yen. The brewery is located in Kainan City, in the southwestern part of Wakayama Prefecture, which has a long history of rice cultivation. KID Junmai sake is a dry sake with a gentle mouthfeel and a soft ginjo aroma. It is not tiresome to drink and is suitable for pairing with food.
One cup 920 yen. Located near Shiogama Port, a coastal town close to the sea, we produce sake that pairs well with seafood such as oysters and tuna. Urakasumi Honjozo has a refreshing aroma and a light, dry taste. It is also delicious when served slightly warmed.
One cup 1,300 yen. This junmai ginjo sake is made solely from the rice variety 'Gohyakumangoku', maximizing the natural flavor. This is the 'Jun' of Shimeharitsuru. It is a refreshing sake with a unique elegance that transcends time. It has a gentle aroma and the deliciousness of rice is alive in this junmai ginjo sake. It is full-bodied and mild, with a clean and delicate taste.

I believe this is ideal as a food pairing sake, enhancing the dishes without overpowering them. It has a softness derived from the pure water of Raiden, and I highly recommend it for those who enjoy dry sake to try it at least once.
One cup 1,400 yen O de Ziru... A sake named 'Water of Hope'. This is a masterpiece that conveys the charm of sake in France! It is polished to 50% using Yamada Nishiki from Kurodasho, located northeast of Nishiwaki City in Hyogo Prefecture. With a ginjo aroma reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits, it spreads the umami of Yamada Nishiki abundantly in the mouth, featuring a mellow sweetness and a well-balanced flavor. It is popular among women and has been recognized by famous three-star chefs in Paris, expressing the boundless charm of sake.
