One cup 1,000 yen. The brewery is located in Kainan City, in the southwestern part of Wakayama Prefecture, where rice cultivation has been thriving for a long time. KID Junmai sake is a dry sake with a gentle mouthfeel and a soft ginjo aroma. It is not tiresome to drink and is suitable for pairing with food.
One cup 920 yen. Located near Shiogama Port, this seaside town produces sake that pairs well with seafood such as oysters and tuna. Urakasumi Junmai Ginjo has a refreshing aroma and a light, dry taste. It is also delicious when warmed slightly.

It is polished up to 50% using 'Yamada Nishiki' from Kurodasho, located northeast of Nishiwaki City in Hyogo Prefecture. With a ginjo aroma reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits, it spreads the umami of Yamada Nishiki abundantly in the mouth, featuring a mild sweetness and a well-balanced umami flavor. It is popular among women and has been recognized by famous three-star chefs in Paris, expressing the boundless charm of sake.
