It includes sencha jelly, chestnut in syrup, red bean cream, matcha mousse, soft mochi, sweet red bean paste, genoise, rice puffs, florentine, mascarpone cream, matcha crumble, matcha terrine, matcha ice cream, whipped cream, mini matcha mont blanc, dumplings, tanuki cookies, and hojicha tuile.
