This is a luxurious cold noodle dish topped with plump large shrimp and summer vegetables (okra, eggplant, tomato). We use homemade thin noodles made from whole wheat flour sourced from Hokkaido! Although we are starting the annual tempura cold noodles a little earlier than usual this year, we will be selling them for a while, so please try this summer specialty from Kosakizaka.

From June 25th, available for lunch and dinner, limited to 10 servings each. This dish features a chilled soup made with a rich soy sauce reminiscent of soba dipping sauce, topped with refreshing sudachi. It is a perfect summer dish. For toppings, we have prepared tempura of young sweetfish, which is in season. Enjoy it with the accompanying sweet pickled onions for a taste reminiscent of sweetfish nanbanzuke. Please savor this seasonal combination.
