The soup is used to make a delicious nori zosui (rice porridge with fresh nori seaweed) as the final dish.
We offer more than 10 kinds of Aomori cuisine including local cuisine, Nanbu Senbei pizza, seasonal fish and meat dishes. Of course, it can be used for various banquets such as company banquets and after-parties of weddings, etc. The minimum charter fee is 200,000 yen.
