In the glass, there is a layer of orange jelly with a hint of bergamot, orange sauce with fruit pieces, and lemon jelly, creating a refreshing sensation with each bite. Additionally, layers of Genoise, Ecuadorian chocolate whipped cream, crispy chocolate tiles, and Earl Grey whipped cream add depth to the flavor. At the bottom, the toasted aroma of sablé and the sharp acidity of lemon ice are subtly present, ensuring enjoyment without boredom until the last bite. This is a luxurious parfait exclusive to summer, where the juiciness of orange, the fragrance of black tea, and the richness of chocolate intertwine.
