A competition of flavors between fresh, line-caught bonito shabu-shabu and A5 rank Tosa wagyu shabu-shabu. A new way to enjoy bonito that even locals in Tosa may not know. The finishing touch of okra and tomato rice porridge is exquisite. The special broth, enhanced with bonito and Tosa wagyu stock, makes it a dish that most people want to have seconds of.
