A light yet flavorful ramen made by combining a blend of shaved bonito flakes (katsuo, sohda, mackerel), Rausu kelp, Inner Mongolian salt, with a fish-based sauce, and simmering it with chicken and aromatic vegetables in a soup that is somehow nostalgic.
Our recommended menu with one slice of chashu, half a seasoned egg, and two sheets of seaweed topping the ramen.
Char siu ramen is a very easy-to-eat ramen topped with four slices of char siu.
Spicy meat miso combined with homemade sesame sauce (Tiemajiang) and chili oil in soup, inspired by Sakaue-style tantanmen. It's a little spicy. *Does not contain chashu.
