This is a course of seasonal recommendations prepared by our chef Oikawa using ingredients carefully selected from all over Japan. Please enjoy the seasonal delicacies that can only be experienced at that particular time of the year. Our restaurant offers all dishes on a "leave it to us" basis in order to provide you with the most delicious ingredients at that time of the year.
Reservations can be made by phone only on Monday through Friday, except the day before a national holiday. This is a special course using crab and seasonal ingredients. Due to the availability of our products, we ask that you make your reservation as early as possible, at least 3 days in advance.
Exclusively for guests visiting Japan Special dishes that can only be enjoyed during this season are prepared with seasonal ingredients produced by the four seasons in Japan.
