The perfect bar in an office district GOTTO Bar opened on October 3, about a 5-minute walk north of Hommachi Station! We were invited to the reception! Thank you! The restaurant is in the Honmachi area where there are many offices We are looking forward to enjoying meat, fish, and sake! The interior of the restaurant is mainly a U-shaped counter. In the back, there is a table for 4 people x 1 table. The toast drink was a plum wine with soda! The dishes we had that day were Uniku (black meat) 780 yen Uniku with horse sashimi and sea urchin! The red color of the meat and the yellow color of the sea urchin are beautiful! The sea urchin mellows out the light flavor of the horse meat! They go well together and are delicious! I've just discovered something new! Dashi-maki like Akashiyaki - 680 yen! Inside the broth is a dashimaki! This dashimaki is filled with octopus and looks just like Akashiyaki! It's hot, so you have to huff and puff. But that's what makes it so good, isn't it? From the Harimanada Sea! Densuke Anago Aburi Sashimi (Seared Conger Sashimi) 680 yen The skin is seared and fragrant! The meat is firm and elastic. That's what makes it so delicious! I love Densuke conger eel! Ou beef seared nigiri (480 yen) A large piece of beef that is many times bigger than the rice! Sear this and voila! The fat and the rice are a perfect match! I'm glad they have this kind of thing! Ou beef seared in sukiyaki 680 yen Sukiyaki version of the previous one! The sweet and spicy sauce with an egg....it's just perfect! Sukiyaki made easy! This is definitely my next order! Gari Tomato 380 yen Gari and tomato together...! What? Does it go well with tomatoes? I was a little skeptical when I tried it. It's good! The sweet and sour taste of gari and tomatoes is a little addictive! If it were on the table, someone would probably pick it up. Live abalone sashimi - 786 yen! The rice is also exquisite when served with dashi broth. The gentle broth soaks into your body! I looked at my neighbor and saw that he was pouring dashi broth over the abalone... Damn! That looks so good! I should have done it! From the Harimanada Sea! Seared Shime Saba bar sushi (780 yen) The thick mackerel makes me a little excited! The rice and mackerel are mild and easy to eat!
