Heure de la visite : 9/2017 Soir

The perfect bar in an office district GOTTO Bar opened on October 3, about a 5-minute walk north of Hommachi Station! We were invited to the reception! Thank you! The restaurant is in the Honmachi area where there are many offices We are looking forward to enjoying meat, fish, and sake! The interior of the restaurant is mainly a U-shaped counter. In the back, there is a table for 4 people x 1 table. The toast drink was a plum wine with soda! The dishes we had that day were Uniku (black meat) 780 yen Uniku with horse sashimi and sea urchin! The red color of the meat and the yellow color of the sea urchin are beautiful! The sea urchin mellows out the light flavor of the horse meat! They go well together and are delicious! I've just discovered something new! Dashi-maki like Akashiyaki - 680 yen! Inside the broth is a dashimaki! This dashimaki is filled with octopus and looks just like Akashiyaki! It's hot, so you have to huff and puff. But that's what makes it so good, isn't it? From the Harimanada Sea! Densuke Anago Aburi Sashimi (Seared Conger Sashimi) 680 yen The skin is seared and fragrant! The meat is firm and elastic. That's what makes it so delicious! I love Densuke conger eel! Ou beef seared nigiri (480 yen) A large piece of beef that is many times bigger than the rice! Sear this and voila! The fat and the rice are a perfect match! I'm glad they have this kind of thing! Ou beef seared in sukiyaki 680 yen Sukiyaki version of the previous one! The sweet and spicy sauce with an egg....it's just perfect! Sukiyaki made easy! This is definitely my next order! Gari Tomato 380 yen Gari and tomato together...! What? Does it go well with tomatoes? I was a little skeptical when I tried it. It's good! The sweet and sour taste of gari and tomatoes is a little addictive! If it were on the table, someone would probably pick it up. Live abalone sashimi - 786 yen! They took it out of the tank and served it to us! The texture is very crispy! No smell at all! Delicious and fresh! Tai-meshi (sea bream rice) [using Akashi natural sea bream, 800 yen]. The tai meshi comes in a black earthenware pot! The meat is loosened and mixed into the rice. This is a must order! The rice is fluffy with just the right amount of salt! The rice is also exquisite when served with dashi broth. The gentle broth soaks into your body! I looked at my neighbor and saw that he was pouring dashi broth over the abalone... Damn! That looks so good! I should have done it! From the Harimanada Sea! Seared Shime Saba bar sushi (780 yen) The thick mackerel makes me a little excited! The rice and mackerel are mild and easy to eat! The mackerel's fat is so juicy! Beef daikon radish 480 yen Thick daikon radish and tender beef tendon! This daikon is so thick, yet the broth soaks into it! It must have been stewed for a long time to become like this! Oden daikon really heals you! Asagibiki Chicken Seared Liver with Spring Onion Salt and Sesame Oil - 380 yen Freshly seared morning-glimpse chicken liver lightly seasoned with salt and sesame oil. The liver is thickened and the aroma of the sesame oil is very enticing! Asagibiki Chicken Seared Sasami Tataki (Chicken Sashimi Tataki) - 380 yen Quickly roasted, but rare inside! It was moist and easy to enjoy! Ou beef sirloin steak 880 yen We were shown a big chunk! It looks so delicious! I'm so excited to have this now! It's so juicy and tender! The bottom of the steak is stoneware, so you can grill it to your liking! I prefer it rare, so I ate it in a hurry! Awaji iwanori seaweed and cream cheese: 380 yen Pickled cucumber 380 yen Vinegared crab 380 yen A set of three items! The hit of the set was Iwanori and cream cheese! I can't stop eating it! I can't stop eating it! Would you like to drink a little sake with this? Thank you for serving so many dishes! The prices are not too expensive, and many of the dishes are easy to eat! And you have a variety of entrées that go well with drinks! This is an office area, so it will definitely be a place for office workers to relax! The fish, meat, and drinks are sure to please! Thanks for the food!
