The pasture cattle are coming, yah! Yah! Yah! A Hard Day's Night course! I think this may be the first time I've ever had grass-fed beef. It was just like the Beatles' first movie, Hard Day's Night. We arrive outside, and the exterior, which I'm not sure if I'm really in the right place here, puts me in the right mood. Like the way this song started out, the day was I'd been working like a dog day. (Like I've been working like a dog). The reason why I'm so obsessed with Hard Days Night is, Because I ordered a course with that kind of course name lol. This is the new restaurant that opened on June 13! My friend made a reservation for me, and being a meat lover, I was in high spirits! Let's take a look at the food! Carpaccio of Seared Hatsu with Black Pepper and Saikyo Miso The fresh hearts are crunchy and delicious! The thick cut is wonderful! The Saikyo miso is quite rich and seems to go well with the hatu! Kimchi and Namul royal fern, komatsuna, bean sprouts, and eggplant! I was surprised at how delicious the eggplant was. Tsuruhashi Yamada Shoten's special kimchi is made of Chinese cabbage, radish, cucumber and yam. Chinese cabbage, radish, cucumber and yam. The yams are delicious and good! Mitsuba Grass Fed Beef Halami Grilled on Straw Mitsuba grass fed only on nutritious grass! Mitsuba Grass Fed Beef Halami smoked with straw! The sauce is made with pesticide-free barley miso and green pepper miso! Yum! Delicious! It was tender! It seems that if you overcook it, it becomes hard, so the grilling method is important. Mitsuba Grass Fed Beef Fillet with Raspadura Cheese The rare filet of Mitsuba grass fed beef with Raspadura cheese made in Lombardy, Italy, shaved right in front of you! We eat it, and the cheese is good! The flavor lives up to the meat. Delicious. Mitsuba Grass Fed Beef Tongue Salt The sauce is a special smoked sauce made from smoked lemon and dried plum. This sauce was a new taste for me, and it was very tasty! Assorted Wagyu Red Beef from Aso, Kumamoto Prefecture The meat was an assortment of Misuji, Kuri, Tombi, Ribeye, and Top Kalbi! There are many good parts of the beef, so we are very excited. The sauce is also good! The red meat is served with a sauce based on sweet soy sauce from Kumamoto! It tastes even better with wasabi! For the fatty meat, melted yam in a sweet and spicy sauce blended with soy bean sauce and beetroot makes it look heavy, but it is refreshing. Hormone of Aso Wagyu Red Beef from Aso Pasture in Kumamoto Prefecture The small intestine and large intestine are soaked in Saikyo miso with a hint of yuzu pepper, which gives it a nice aroma when grilled! Delicious. Cold cappellini with tomatoes I thought it would be cold noodles to finish, but since the chef is from an Italian background, it was tomato pasta! First of all, the tomatoes were sweet and delicious! And the pasta was thin and very easy to eat! Homemade creme brulee! Here is the last dessert! This is also delicious! Crispy on top and thick on the bottom. If I call it pudding, you will be offended. LOL! I am already full! The amount of course is just right. On a tired day and night, barbecue with healthy meats! Yes, it's just perfect. You know I feel alrightg.

Rare grass-fed beef in a new style @Higobashi｜Happy to eat delicious food! I've eaten all kinds of meats, but there are still many I don't know about! Grass-fed beef Cows that are free-range and grass-fed are non-stressful! Muscular, lean and tasty meat What kind of meat is it? I'm looking forward to it! LetitBeef LetitBeef Located a 5-minute walk south from Higobashi Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats, table seats, and private rooms. We went to a private room. It's a sunken kotatsu, so it's very comfortable! The menu consists of a course meal and a la carte. We want to eat what we like, so we choose a la carte. Sparkling wine Of course, we had a toast! Since there were three of us, we asked for a bottle of sparkling wine! I knew it! It tastes so good with a little bit of a splash! Aso beef liver sashimi cooked at low temperature: 1,080 yen! It is cooked at low temperature, but when you eat it, it has a texture like raw liver. It is so sweet and thick that you may be mistaken for a raw liver. Straw-roasted grass-fed beef tenderloin 1,620 yen Beautiful jalami, isn't it? First, we grill it! Then we put it back in the box, sear the straw with a burner, and lock it in the box. The delicious aroma spreads like a breeze! The aroma of the barley miso and the green chili pepper miso are a delicious combination of the aroma, the miso, and the deliciousness of the halami. Grass fed beef filet with Raspadura cheese 2,100 yen Fillet of beef! Wow~ here comes the bad stuff! And, some preparations have begun... I wonder if they're going to do magic tricks? Italian Raspadura cheese, shaved here to make it fluffy! Enough cheese to cover the grilled meat! Then, a drizzle of white truffle oil was poured on top and voila! If you think the richness of the cheese and the truffle aroma is noticeable, the meat is no less! It's so tender and so delicious! ■Grass-fed beef aged salted tongue 1,680 yen Because it is aged, it has a deeper flavor than ordinary ones! We eat it with homemade smoked plums to match it! What? Ume plum? Plums? They go so well together! What a surprise! No way, no way! Aso grass fed wagyu beef. I don't remember what the other one was! The lean meat was served in Kumamoto's sweet soy sauce with a dash of wasabi (Japanese horseradish) dissolved in it! The fatty meat has a sweet and spicy sauce. The lean meat was so dense and rich that it tasted as if it had been condensed! The more you chew, the more flavorful it is Hormone Malchow of Aso Wagyu Beef from Aso, Kumamoto Prefecture: 780 yen The biggest size of Akagyu's Hormone Malchow I've ever seen! It is pickled in saikyo (Kyoto-style saikyo pickles). It takes a long time to grill a beef mullet this big, so we grill it slowly and carefully. It's so crispy and plump, and the fat is delicious! Because it's Kyoto marinated, there's a savory, slightly tangy accent all around! As a hormone lover, I was quite surprised at the high level of quality! ■Pudding Pudding for dessert Even though it's a yakiniku restaurant, it's pudding ❤️ The top is crispy and caramelized pudding is a little hard and thick! It's so authentic and relaxing! As a girl, I think it's important to have a place that serves sweets properly! The yakiniku here is delicious in a new genre because it gives you a new way to enjoy it! I wonder if I've ever tried it with ume plum, miso, or Saikyo marinated hormone anywhere else. Even though the grass-fed beef alone is rare, there were still so many things I wanted to try, so I'm sure I'll be back again! Thank you for the food! Let it Beef Located on the 2nd floor of a building 6-7 minutes walk from Higobashi Station. I saw on Instagram that Kun went there for lunch, and it was also featured on TV, so I was curious about it! The roast beef bowl with grass-fed beef is only available for 10 servings a day, so we had to hurry! I couldn't leave early and arrived at 11:50 a.m. even though the restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m.! There were only 6 or 7 customers in the restaurant, so there were still some roast beef bowls left! I decided to wait and drink the soup until the bowl arrived. I looked at the self-serve corner and saw that there was a lot of beef tendon! I was so greedy that I took too much (second picture)! It was so tender and delicious! Around 12:00, many people from the office area come to the restaurant for lunch! After 3-4 minutes of waiting, the bowl arrives! It already looks so nice! I tried pouring some of the sauce over the bowl, but it was difficult to adjust the volume! LOL! I think it would be better to eat the rice with the combination of salmon roe and roast beef! The grass-fed beef is very light, so you can eat as much as you want! Thank you very much for the meal!
