We have blended our original red miso, specially made by Yamatora, with beef tendon broth. By simmering it with care and adding more ingredients over time, the richness from the oden ingredients combines with the depth of the beef tendon, creating a profound flavor. It pairs well with the robust taste of the Japanese sake, Chochin. It is lighter than it looks. Please give it a try.
