Lunch 4,980 yen, Dinner 5,980 yen (with one drink) This popular course allows you to enjoy sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and yudofu at the same time. Wagyu beef ribeye is Kansai-style, seasoned with only the finest sugar and soy sauce. Shabu-shabu is made with A5-ranked Japanese black beef meat. Yudofu uses kombu dashi (kelp broth), which is carefully and slowly extracted from water.
