The sashimi of freshly caught chicken is surprisingly fresh, and the umami is distinctly felt. The dishes grilled over charcoal have a wonderful aroma, and especially the tsukune (chicken meatballs) are irresistible when combined with the egg yolk. The jidori (local chicken) delivered from Hakata takes center stage, and you can feel the careful preparation in each dish. The drinks include a variety of sweet potato shochu, as well as unique liquors like plum wine with strawberry aroma and banana or mango flavored drinks. You can sit comfortably in a tatami room where you can take off your shoes, allowing you to relax with your feet down. The staff is friendly, and you can thoroughly enjoy the local chicken and drinks in a calm atmosphere.
