This is a special course that maintains the hospitality of the "Japanese Course," but adds even more luxurious ingredients to brighten up your table. You will enjoy "three kinds of sashimi" prepared by our chefs and "grilled wagyu beef" as the main dish. After the meat, you will enjoy a refreshing palate cleanser, and finish with fluffy seasonal takikomi-gohan (rice cooked in a pot).

The lucky bag contains the first junmai ginjo of the year, packed without any embellishments, featuring a crisp and dry unfiltered fresh sake. The auspicious name is fitting for the New Year period when new sake is released, adding a touch of elegance to celebratory occasions.
Limited edition junmai sake brewed in the brewery. It has a rich flavor and a gentle mouthfeel. Recommended to be served warm.
Refreshing and fruity aroma. The body is firm with a rich umami type. It has a clear mouthfeel that encourages you to keep drinking. This is the unfiltered nama genshu version of junmai sake. A subtle fruit aroma with a smooth texture. The natural sweetness of the rice and a juicy yet deep richness spread in the mouth, while a refreshing acidity reminiscent of fresh greenery and a slight bitterness from hard water highlight the flavor profile. When paired with 'rich' snacks or dishes like pickles, stews, cheese, or pasta, the bitterness becomes an accent, filling the mouth with happiness.
A pure rice sake brewed with great care using only the clear spring water and the unique 'Norin No. 1' rice cultivated exclusively in the Myoko Highlands of Niigata Prefecture, at the foot of the sacred Myoko Mountain in the extreme cold of Echigo.
Unfiltered raw sake enjoyed on the rocks in summer. It has a robust and powerful flavor when served straight, but you can enjoy a rich transformation until the end as the ice melts.
A blended sake made from freshly pressed new sake, available only during the pressing season! It finishes with a sharp and spicy note. Enjoy the changing flavors each year as the blend varies annually!
This Junmai Ginjo, pressed this spring, was pasteurized and slowly stored in the brewery from spring to summer. We waited for the flavors to mature nicely and will ship it in its unpasteurized state. Enjoy the well-balanced flavors and aromas.
It is finished in a fresh style. The elegant ginjo aroma and fruity, gentle sweetness spread throughout the mouth. Please enjoy it well chilled.
With a pleasant aroma, this is a light and crisp flavor perfect for hot summer days. It also has a slight effervescence, making it a refreshing choice. Enjoy this summer-oriented rich and refreshing dry Toranomon Blue that you will want to drink on a hot day.
Awarded the gold medal in the premium junmai category at the 2022 Wine Glass Award for Delicious Sake. This junmai ginjo is characterized by its beautiful richness and elegance. It is a delicious sake that can be recommended to anyone as the epitome of junmai ginjo sake.
This is a dry junmai sake with sharpness and clarity, designed to pair well with fish dishes. Enjoy the crisp deliciousness that also complements fatty fish.
Features a balanced flavor characterized by a floral aroma, acidity, and the umami of rice. It pairs well with light cheeses, light appetizers, and white fish carpaccio, offering a refreshing yet rich and deep taste.
A pure rice ginjo genshu with a rich flavor, finished lightly with an alcohol content of 10 degrees. It has a fragrant aroma with acidity and sweetness reminiscent of white grapes. This sake is refreshing and does not tire you out even in summer.
This bottle is perfect for a pleasant summer with its gorgeous aroma, refined sweetness, and refreshing acidity.
A slightly floral aroma and soft flavor with a refreshing acidity and a clean rice taste. It has a crisp finish, is somewhat dry, and has a good acidity. Perfect for hot days! Enjoy it chilled.
The driest sake in Gohashi's history! Not spicy! Not sweet! = A dry sake like no other.
A junmai sake finished dry for summer. It features a refreshing aroma and a crisp, clean taste.
This seasonal limited edition features a fresh acidity and a light taste characteristic of summer sake, while also showcasing the robust qualities of the sake rice, Yamada Nishiki.
Unlike regular sweet potato shochu, this is made without the initial fermentation using rice koji. Instead, it is produced using a method where rice koji and sweet potatoes are fermented simultaneously (donburi fermentation). I feel that the refreshing flavor reminiscent of mint has increased. I hope you enjoy that aspect as well.
