The Japanese Tea Cream Soda uses matcha whisked with a tea whisk, and sencha, hojicha, and Japanese black tea brewed with a teapot for each order. A small amount of honey is added as a secret ingredient to lighten the bitterness of the tea. The new 'Honey Lemon Cream Soda with Sencha' offers a refreshing taste of sencha's umami and the sweet and sour flavor of honey lemon. This drink, topped with rich vanilla ice cream, is perfect for hot summer days.
The 'Six Sencha' blended by tea master Keiji Miyano for 1899. This exquisite blend combines six types from Kakegawa (Shizuoka), Motoyama (Shizuoka), Sayama (Saitama), Yame (Fukuoka), Kushima and Miyakonojo (Miyazaki), and Chiran (Kagoshima) to create a unique flavor, color, and aroma. The rich umami is felt first, followed by a refreshing astringency and green fragrance, with a subtle bitterness that tightens the experience. We serve the tea leaves, filled with the artisan's skill, using a brewing method that brings out their individuality.

This is a fine product of the high-quality variety 'Asatsuyu,' which is a recommended variety from Kagoshima. Known as 'natural gyokuro,' 'Asatsuyu' is particularly recognized for its strong sweetness among Kagoshima teas, which are rich in umami. Enjoy its unique deep green color and robustly spreading sweetness.
The tea expert 'Chabari' carefully brews Benifuki green tea at the optimal temperature and extraction time, maximizing the 'anti-allergy components effective for hay fever' present in Benifuki tea leaves.
