It is a mix of several spices including chili pepper, clove, cumin, cinnamon, and garlic, providing a flavor that is not too spicy but just right. Fried white fish and French fries. The batter, a blend of rice flour and wheat flour, has a light and crispy texture. The fish varies depending on the season, including cod, pollock, and flatfish from Hokkaido.
Shrimp fried crispy with the shell on, then steamed with beer and seasoned with Cajun spices. You can eat it with the shell.
Marinated with Cajun spices and coated with our unique batter, then deep-fried to perfection. While it is standard to use bone-in meat in the original recipe, we use boneless thigh meat in our restaurant.
There's no doubt that the deliciousness of lamb fat and the aroma of spices will make you unable to stop drinking beer!
