In Italian, it means the scent of the sea. This is an original cocktail inspired by the summer sea of Italy. It combines gin with the aroma of tropical fruits and homemade limoncello, a classic Italian liqueur, adding the sweetness of pineapple juice and the refreshing flavor of ginger.
