The exquisite milky collagen soup, simmered for over a day with chicken bones and then crushed, is a true delight! The soup, seasoned only with salt, is elegantly finished. The next day after enjoying it, your skin will be praised for its plumpness. The final touch is the superb zosui (rice porridge). You can savor every last drop of the soup.
