An appetizer of veal and tuna from Piedmont, Italy. Pairs well with white wine.
We combined fluffy scrambled eggs with essential white asparagus for spring! If desired, we can add black truffle (+1500 yen).
A simple sauté of Miyagi-produced beef, a cross between short-horned cattle and black-haired Wagyu, served with seasonal vegetables.
Slowly simmered beef shank in red wine imported from Teraveil.
A pasta full of the delicious flavor of spring delicacy firefly squid. Definitely enjoy it with a light red wine!
