RYDEENBEER will pay for itself in about 4 regular size drinks! The 90-minute all-you-can-drink 90 minutes with 40 other kinds of drinks is an absolute bargain!
This is a private party plan that is perfect for group get-togethers and dinner parties. We will guide you to the first floor, which can accommodate standing meals, and the second floor, which can be used for relaxed, seated meals, according to your needs and preferences. We are also available for consultations regarding private parties outside of business hours, such as during the daytime on weekdays. We can also offer a variety of food and all-you-can-drink options to suit your budget. The course is from 7,500 yen/person and up.
This is a rental plan for a medium-sized group get-together or dinner party, using the area on the second floor separated by planted trees. Table seating can be arranged to suit your needs. We are also happy to discuss after business hours, such as during the daytime on weekdays. Please feel free to contact us for details on the all-you-can-drink menu and dishes to suit your budget. This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with handmade koji and the spring water from the melting snow of Hakkaisan, known as 'Raiden's Pure Water.' By combining Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku polished to 45%, along with Miyama Nishiki, we have created a Junmai sake that embodies the characteristics of Hakkaisan, with a clean finish and a flavor that does not become monotonous. It has a transparent and beautiful taste, with a gentle sweetness that enhances the dishes, making it a slightly premium sake for pairing with food.

Hakkaisan Brewery's 'Rishu' is a sake brewed with a theme for the quality of sake set each year. It is newly designed with a different approach from the traditional Hakkaisan, allowing you to enjoy the unique flavors of that year, crafted with the sensitivity and skill of the brewers. Brewed at the 'Kowagura' which produces premium sake, 'No.591' is the number of the tank used for brewing. It features a refreshing acidity and sweetness with a hint of citrus aroma reminiscent of grapefruit. A pleasant subtle bitterness enhances the pairing with food.
Hakkaisan Brewery presents a sparkling sake that allows you to enjoy delicate bubbles. The secret of the bubbles that burst in the glass is 'bottle fermentation.' Carbon dioxide generated during the fermentation process is trapped inside the bottle. When poured into a glass, it is a transparent sake with delicate bubbles rising. The representative rice of Kaze no Mori, 'Akitsuho', is born in Nara Prefecture, suitable for the climate and soil of Nara, and excels in brewing suitability for Kaze no Mori. This is a standard sake brewed with 65% polished Akitsuho rice and fermented with our proprietary yeast No. 7.
