The staff are cheerful and provide pleasant service. The dishes combine both Japanese and Western techniques, and the grilling is done with care. The black tongue, infused with the aroma of olive, is tender and has a rich, toasty flavor. The harami, enjoyed with pickles, allows you to clearly taste the deliciousness of the fat, making it hard to stop eating. I also really like the plump liver and the dish where you mix the grilled yukke with egg yolk and tororo. When you quickly grill the thinly sliced loin and dip it in egg and sauce, it makes you want to eat more rice.
