A specialty! As the name suggests, it's a delicious cut with rich fat. In addition to the popular number one red sauce, please enjoy it with other sauces, sansho flavor, moon viewing, and garlic salt.
A mixed skewer that allows you to enjoy fresh pork red offal in one skewer. It uses ingredients like frank, tongue tip, fatty skirt, and heart. Great with sauce, great with salt, even better with a raw egg! Weighs a whopping 90 grams for just one skewer! And it's cheap... this is the essence of offal grilling.

Boom! Huge! Jumbo skewers of chicken and quail! Juicy chicken meat and quail eggs are sandwiched together and deep-fried to a crisp using carefully selected lard at high temperatures. Enjoy the jumbo size typical of Kushi-ya Yokocho while it's hot!
We use pasture-raised Agu pork from Chiba Prefecture, raised on our directly managed farm.

This dish features delicious offal with a texture like shellfish, generously topped with onion slices and kaiware arranged like a tower. Great value size for 590 yen.

Quick, delicious, and inexpensive! Refreshing, yet tasty! If you're unsure about the first dish, this is it!
The key to its deliciousness is sourcing exceptionally fresh senmai. There is no other way. The safety point is to 'heat sterilize at a core temperature of 75 degrees for at least 1 minute.' Heating sterilization will somewhat diminish the unique crunchiness of senmai. Therefore, we need the super crunchy senmai that is processed on the same day.

In typical motsunabe specialty restaurants, the common method is to add raw offal into cold broth and cook it, known as the 'pre-addition method.' However, this causes the unique flavor of the offal to transfer to the broth. Our motsunabe adheres to the basics of cooking by adding the offal after the broth has boiled, known as the 'post-addition method.' The resulting broth is clear and free of off-flavors, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor of the offal to the fullest. We also offer a single serving of 'Motsunabe Single' for 2800 yen.
