We provide high-quality and affordable meat! Our beef is sourced mainly from the Kyushu region without fixing the production area or brand, ensuring we get safe and good meat each day. We select the meat using our expertise developed over approximately 50 years in the wholesale business, and it is cut using the skills of a butcher. If we specify a production area or brand of beef, the costs can increase, and the selection of meat becomes limited, which may prevent us from sourcing the best meat of the day. Of course, there are days when we do source branded beef such as 'XX Beef'!
