A Halloween parfait crafted by gathering the autumn harvest, resembling a bouquet. It features the gentle sweetness of figs and the juicy black grapes, layered with smooth pumpkin cream and fragrant hazelnuts. The sweet and sour notes of cassis and raspberry, along with the elegant aroma of Earl Grey, are subtly included, and the black tuile and ghost decorations add a playful Halloween touch. A slightly mysterious and glamorous 'Bouquet of Harvest' tightly bundled with autumn fruits. Enjoy the flavors unique to autumn with every bite.

On a certain autumn day, a strawberry wandered into a small patisserie. With fragrant pistachio, light and airy choux pastry, and smooth mascarpone, we layered it with tangy raspberries to present the strawberry in a slightly dressed-up form. Inspired by the French dessert Saint Honoré, this is a glamorous and somewhat special strawberry parfait. Enjoy this elegantly dressed strawberry, which is a little different from the usual ones.

Autumn has arrived. Amidst the gradually changing colors of the scenery, the season for persimmons begins again this year. Fresh and refreshing persimmons. Soft and sweetened persimmons. The beginning of winter, a night of a glamorous ball. Red strawberries gather to enjoy a special night. The standout is the Mont Blanc resembling a strawberry dressed in a glamorous gown. The fresh strawberries lined up around it represent the friends gathered at the ball. Centered around sweet and sour strawberries, this dish changes its expression with each bite, allowing you to enjoy the charm of strawberries until the very end, making it a splendid item.
