The set of unagi seiro meshi rice and colander soba noodles has a well-balanced flavor and a refreshingly cool texture. The beautifully glistening broiled eel is arranged in a stacked box and served with elegant rice. The soba noodles are thirst-quenching and firm, making this dish very satisfying. The eel rice is served with glutinous rice and is very hearty. The dish is as delicious and satisfying as expected.
