Small Marche Cuisine My friends and I decided to go out to dinner for the first time in a while. We were talking about what restaurant to go to. We found a restaurant that we both wanted to go to! Then we'll go there, won't we? The restaurant is Osteria La Cicercia! It's from the Marche region in central Italy! The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the San Yamato Building on the north side of Utsubo Park. This building is also home to Cuccagna and Van Sauvage. Cuccagna, Van Sauvage, and many other popular restaurants are in this building. The restaurant is small and cozy, and a woman cooks the food alone. On this day, a woman from Marche came to help, and she was very cute! Her Japanese seems to be a bit rusty, but her hard work makes you want to cheer her on! Inside the restaurant, there seems to be a counter right after you enter, and tables in the back. The menu is written on the wall right in front of the counter. If you don't understand a word you don't know, the owner will politely tell you and make it easy to understand. First of all, let's toast with Garofoli! Of course, the drinks are also from Marche! This is a Marche Spumante! The bubbles were so refreshing! As for the dishes Fricasseed olives stuffed with minced meat! Olives stuffed with minced meat and fried until crispy! I don't like olives that much, but... But these are very easy to eat! They are easy to roll around and hard to stick a toothpick into, but But it was so easy to eat! Summer Vegetable Fricanto It's a Marche-style caponata! Plenty of vegetables, and the acidity of the tomatoes is soft. It's good to be able to eat a variety of vegetables! Passatelli salsiccia and mushroom sauce There were several kinds of homemade pasta, so I consulted with the owner and ordered some! Passatelli is pasta made from bread crumbs, eggs and grated Parmigiano Reggiano! Indeed, it was a bit rough and a bit different from anything I've ever had before! But this pasta is also deliciously sticky and well mixed with the cream sauce! The meatiness of the salsiccia is delicious! Spaghetti with Chicherchia and Guanciale Chicherchia -> beans Guanciale is pork cheek meat, or pork tenderloin, cured in salt for a few weeks. The pasta is spaghetti~ni and these are not homemade noodles! But the tenderness of the beans combined with the saltiness of the pork is also delicious! Both pastas were good and a good choice! Braised pork spare ribs with onions I still had room in my stomach, so I ordered it with gusto! I love stewed meat! The tenderness of the meat is such that you can pull the meat off the bone! The sweetness of the onions really goes well with it! Stewed meat is the best! Dessert This month was my friend's birthday month, so I asked for a birthday plate! It was so cute, and I'm glad my friend was happy! All the dishes were warm and delicious! I personally like this kind of restaurant because of its cozy and homey atmosphere! I learned a lot about Marke's cuisine! I also learned a lot! I would like to try the fresh pasta again! Thank you very much for the food!

The restaurant is run by a single female chef. First, let's toast with a glass of wine. There is no wine list, but if you tell them what you like, they will choose a good one for you. The wine was from the Marche region, and it was too good. We ordered pasta, which was visually stunning. And delicious. I liked it because it was really good Marche food and very reasonably priced.

This is the only restaurant in the prefecture that serves Marche Italian cuisine. I am proud to say that Italy is all about fritto, so I ordered it right away and found it to be delicious. I ordered many other dishes after that, but they were all delicious. I think I prefer Marche cuisine to the typical Italian food.
