Izakaya Enkobashi

We take pride in our dishes that are carefully grilled over the irori. In particular, the primitive grilled Nodoguro is crispy on the outside and fluffy and juicy on the inside, making it delicious and perfect for pairing with drinks. Mitarashi dango also has a sweet and salty flavor that becomes addictive, making it an ideal final dish. Additionally, we offer a variety of menus that utilize seasonal ingredients.

The interior, which feels the warmth of wood, is perfect for dates and anniversaries. You can enjoy watching the food being grilled at the U-shaped counter, allowing for a special moment. The calm atmosphere is charming, and there are new discoveries every time you visit. It exudes a chic and adult ambiance, providing a comfortable time.

Opened on June 8, 2025, in Minami Ward, Hiroshima City. It is a new style izakaya that incorporates a modern Japanese design and an irori (traditional Japanese hearth), and it is loved by the local people. We continue to pursue new initiatives and aim to be a presence rooted in the community.
