4.1

When you open the door, you feel uplifted by the cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. The oden is carefully prepared with ingredients like daikon, beef tendon, hanpen, and octopus, and the aroma of the broth is gentle. The yakitori, including thigh, negima, and skin, is tender and fragrant, and the sauce is not too heavy, making it hard to stop eating. The eel skewers are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a delightful hint of sansho pepper that brings a smile to your face. The efficient cooking over the counter and the bright service create a pleasant and comfortable environment. Pairing the dishes with beer, sake, or awamori enhances their appeal, allowing for a delightful time.
